Warranty Policy
Effective Date: 1st September 2025

Thank you for choosing Ha Ha Music Centre. We are committed to providing quality musical instruments and equipment. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which warranty services are provided for purchases made from Ha Ha Music Centre in Malaysia.

1. Coverage and Eligibility

This warranty applies to all products purchased from Ha Ha Music Centre, except accessories (e.g., strings, cables, drumsticks, reeds, etc.).
It is valid only for purchases made within Malaysia.

All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, typically for one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise by the respective brand or manufacturer.

2. Warranty Scope

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
It does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or negligence (e.g., dropping, water damage)
  • Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts (e.g., drumheads, strings, bow hair)
  • Damage caused by environmental conditions such as humidity or temperature changes

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or visit our physical store.
  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
  3. Our staff will assess whether the item is eligible under the manufacturer’s warranty.

If the warranty claim is approved:

  • We will handle the communication and service process with the manufacturer or authorized service center.
  • Shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by us for standard-sized items.
  • For large instruments (e.g., pianos, drum sets), transportation or handling fees may apply and will be confirmed case-by-case.

4. Repairs Outside Warranty

We also provide paid repair services for items not covered by warranty.
Repairs can be handled via in-store service or postal delivery depending on the product type and condition.
Please contact our service department for repair quotations and arrangements.

5. Warranty Limitations

Ha Ha Music Centre and the manufacturer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product failure.
Warranty coverage is limited strictly to repair or replacement of the defective product as determined by the manufacturer.
