Refund & Return Policy

• All fees and goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Full or deposit payments made are non-refundable. However, the company reserves the right to issue a full refund if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Reservation Policy

• Reserved stocks secured with full or deposit payments must be collected within the promised time period.

• If the order is not collected on time, the stock will be released to other priority customers, and any payment made will be forfeited.
